After my mom gave birth to the youngest of us I never thought much of giving attention to my breastfeeding mom after child birth as most times we all are guilty of giving all out attention to the birthed child,  even my mom who just gave birth also neglected herself.  Well now I figure out care needs to be taken for the breastfeeding mom as if she’s doesn’t have all necessary supplements the baby good milk from the mother and paying attention for postnatal vitamins is one way to ensure the baby gets good milk from the mother.
